About me.

My name is Katlyn Sienkiewicz,

I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science. I strive to acknowledge the unique challenges others face as they work towards healthier habits for a balanced lifestyle and offer coaching services to support clients in building happy healthier lives.

 

Movement doesn’t have to be a big workout or a time consuming process every little bit counts! Some days turning off the tv seems completely out of the question so don’t ..just get up - touch your toes, wiggle around a bit. Your body and your mind will thank you and next time will be easier than the time before.

 

I’ve been a dancer, a fitness instructor, a student and a teacher. I’ve learned everyone needs support and community at some point in their lives to get well and feel whole. 

I strive to acknowledge the unique challenges others face as they establish new habits for a healthier lifestyle. I approach coaching sessions by catering to the individual and considering their personal goals and unique challenges.

Wellness is a state of being. A mental, physical, and spiritual place to reside away from everything we feel might consume us. A connection to what’s natural. 

 

Our national healthcare system is broken. It treats symptoms, not individual, and at the end of the day often makes us sicker years down the line. Not to mention stressed and often broke. So I opt for an additional natural approach that moves away from a one pill solution into the realm of healing natural solutions. Food and nature as medicine. 

 

Happily, I have found my own wellness benefits with holistic health. 

 

I do not claim to diagnose or treat individuals. Medical professionals are important and essential to overall well-being. I strive to be one small part of your whole health-care team. I care about the people around me who strive for long-term wellness. I care about those who need more than a pill to be their best self, and I care enough to help others find that something that keeps them successful well into the future. Something that balances and enhances their lives even if it is the tiniest change I want to make optimizing health and daily routine just a tad bit easier.
